Jobgether is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Data to lead the vision and execution of a data platform that powers multiple web, mobile, and AI-driven products. You will define the roadmap for data pipelines, integrations, and internal APIs to enable reliable, scalable, and powerful products.
What You'll Do
- Own the roadmap for data pipelines, integrations, and internal APIs supporting product teams.
- Drive integrations with HRIS, payroll, and external systems to maintain consistent, trustworthy data.
- Define metrics, SLAs, and monitoring processes for platform performance, reliability, and developer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to support data-driven AI features and internal tooling.
- Oversee data operations, designing processes and automations to streamline workflows and ensure data integrity.
- Address critical issues rapidly, coordinating across teams to resolve data import failures, bugs, or inconsistencies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, improve data quality, and enhance the developer experience.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on data and integrations.
- Experience building or operating modern data pipelines (e.g., Airbyte, dbt, Dagster).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and cloud data architectures.
- Familiarity with secure data design, PII isolation, row-level security, and compliance standards (SOC 2).
- Experience managing diverse data sources (APIs, CSVs, S3) and publishing APIs for downstream systems.
- Ability to define and enforce standards for data quality, schema validation, and anomaly monitoring.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with ambiguity.
- Authorized to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.

- Curiosity or experience with AI/LLM-powered data products and developer-facing data APIs.
