At Circle, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product-led growth strategy for our CPN Self-Managed Fiat Payments network. You will define the journey from signed partner to scaled revenue, focusing on turning network eligibility into transaction volume.
What You'll Do
- Own the OFI growth strategy by defining and executing the product-led roadmap from signed to integrated, transacting, and scaling. Set targets by OFI and corridor to turn eligibility into TPV and revenue.
- Drive activation and onboarding by closing the gap between onboarded OFIs and live volume. Eliminate friction, compress time-to-first-transaction, and build a repeatable playbook that converts partners into scaled volume.
- Define product and corridor priorities by shaping Payments API requirements and prioritizing high-potential corridors using data on volume, demand, and BFI readiness. Focus on features that unlock TPV, adoption, and stickiness.
- Build the growth engine and alignment by creating density-driven growth loops, owning KPIs and dashboards, and partnering across BD, Sales Engineering, Data, and Monetization to remove blockers and enable GTM scale.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Product Management, Growth PM, or a related role at a payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure company.
- A track record of owning and accelerating a growth metric (e.g., activation, volume, revenue) in a B2B or network/marketplace product.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable building and interpreting funnel metrics, cohort analyses, and growth models. Fluency with SQL or equivalent data tools is required.
- Experience working cross-functionally with BD/Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to operate at both strategic levels (corridor prioritization, growth loops, roadmap) and tactical levels (unblocking a specific OFI, debugging payments, writing specs).
- Clear, structured communication skills with the ability to produce decision-ready documents, executive summaries, and cross-functional alignment materials.
Nice to Have
- Experience in payments networks, settlement systems, or financial infrastructure (cross-border payments, correspondent banking, stablecoins, or blockchain-based settlement).
- Familiarity with two-sided network dynamics, marketplace growth, or platform product management.
- Experience with product-led growth in an enterprise or B2B2C context (not consumer PLG).
- Exposure to compliance-forward products where regulatory requirements shape the product experience (e.g., KYB/KYC, Travel Rule, sanctions screening).
- Experience building or scaling an activation/onboarding product for financial institutions or large enterprise partners.
