Act as a hands-on Product Manager and strategic advisor for technology-driven startups and growing companies. Lead full product lifecycles, guide teams through discovery and delivery, and deliver measurable business outcomes across diverse industries and growth stages.
Responsibilities
- Serve as interim Product Manager for clients, supporting them from MVP creation through to product launch, rescuing stalled projects, enabling scale-ups to meet quarterly goals, managing product direction shifts, or establishing new product functions within organizations.
- Address complex product and business challenges by making high-impact decisions and overseeing multiple concurrent discovery and delivery efforts, often collaborating with other Product, Program, or Project Managers based on client structure.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to navigate difficult situations, respond promptly and transparently, manage pressure effectively, and guide alignment toward solutions that deliver real value.
- Contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the consultancy by initiating and leading internal projects that improve team capabilities, accelerate client outcomes, and support long-term business sustainability.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Product Manager on technology products, preferably within startup environments.
- Strong focus on user experience combined with a solid grasp of business objectives and constraints.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with web or mobile applications and familiarity with front-end technologies.
- Capable of shifting fluidly between analytical problem-solving and creative ideation.
