Responsibilities
- Act as an interim product manager for clients at different stages of the product lifecycle, from building minimum viable products to launching them, reviving stalled projects, helping scale-ups meet quarterly targets, guiding product pivots, or establishing new product departments or capabilities.
- Address complex challenges and make numerous product and business decisions that impact clients, overseeing delivery and discovery processes for multiple initiatives simultaneously, and occasionally coordinating with other product, program, or project managers depending on client size and structure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, managing people and high-pressure situations with prompt and honest communication, and diplomatically steering stakeholders away from initiatives that could be harmful while aligning them on developing the right solutions.
- Contribute to the company's success by proposing and owning initiatives that strengthen the team, enable faster delivery of great client results, and optimize for long-term profitability and growth.
