Responsibilities
- Serve as an Interim Product Manager: Our clients engage us at various stages of their product life cycle. This role guides you from building MVPs to launching them, salvaging a stalled initiative, helping a scale-up meet their quarterly KPIs, steering a product pivot, or setting up a new product department or capability.
- Tackle challenging problems. Make numerous product and business decisions that affect our clients. This is both exciting and demanding.
- Oversee the delivery and discovery processes of several initiatives simultaneously. Sometimes, it involves other Product, Program, and/or Project Managers depending on the client’s size and setup.
- Partner with stakeholders. Handle people and high-pressure situations with prompt and honest responses.
- Gracefully manage stakeholders who are pushing you to implement initiatives that might harm them. Align them on developing the right solutions.
- Help Product Impact thrive. Propose and take ownership of initiatives that strengthen our team, enable us to deliver great results for clients more quickly, and optimize for long-term profitability and growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on a tech product, ideally in a start-up environment.
- Focus on user experience and a strong understanding of business needs.
- Experience leading a cross-functional team with agile methods.
- Experience with web or mobile applications and front-end technologies.
- Able to switch between analytical and creative thinking.
