At Oscar Health, we’re building a better future for healthcare. As a Senior Product Manager on our Clinical team, you will play a key role in solving high-impact problems and accelerating execution, focusing on Oscar's Virtual Care experience from both provider and patient perspectives. You will work on how Virtual Care providers care for their patients, owning the full provider experience during a visit.
What You'll Do
- Define, defend, and execute on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for product investments that power platforms.
- Define OKRs and KPIs to measure business and operational impacts, and relentlessly identify improvements.
- Independently identify and bring together the right counterparts to solve a strategic or executional challenge.
- Independently problem-solve issues across teams and domains to diagnose root cause and move to resolution.
- Spearhead complex initiatives with ability to influence without authority. Manage timelines, cross-functional team accountability, and risk.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations partners to gather insights on user needs and ship innovative functionality.
- Articulate crisp and thorough requirements and clearly communicate them across stakeholders.
- Invest in strengthening the talent on Oscar's product team by developing more junior team members through mentorship.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally among engineers, designers, operations experts, and others in a Product Management or Product Management-adjacent role.
- 4+ years of experience in driving rigorous prioritization processes.
- 4+ years of experience with tech systems and understanding basic technology infrastructure such as backend services, database relationships, and leveraging database tools such as SQL.
- 2+ years of experience leading complex, cross-domain initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience root-causing ambiguous problems, building roadmaps towards a solution, and successfully executing against that roadmap.
