Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Client Experience to drive innovation in client-centric B2B solutions. You will build intelligent, scalable, and human-centered transportation tools, leading the design and evolution of digital experiences for school districts, government agencies, and nonprofits.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full product lifecycle — from discovery through delivery and continuous iteration — for client-facing features within a B2B SaaS platform.
- Translate diverse client needs into scalable product strategies, roadmaps, and actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, and marketing to ensure cohesive product experiences that drive measurable impact.
- Champion user empathy by conducting research and leveraging insights to inform features, enhance usability, and reduce support burden.
- Deliver innovative solutions including dashboards, AI-powered automation, and self-service tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor success metrics, track adoption, and apply data-driven decisions to improve client satisfaction and product-market fit.
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and cross-functional alignment on business goals.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS environments or platforms serving multiple personas.
- Proven ability to distill complex user needs into elegant, usable product features that drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Deep customer empathy with a strategic mindset and a track record of delivering impactful user experiences.
- Familiarity with workflow tooling, client dashboards, and reducing manual support through smart product design.
- Strong interest and/or experience in AI-powered features, with a thoughtful approach to automation and personalization.
- Expertise in using data, research, and experimentation to inform strategy and measure product success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills, with the ability to synthesize business goals into actionable plans.
- Passion for mission-driven work that supports equity, accessibility, and real-world outcomes.

- Competitive base salary: $160,000 – $175,000 USD (location-adjusted)
