Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Product Manager to join our mission-driven team transforming the way people access home equity. In this remote role, you will lead a core product area, shaping strategy, defining roadmaps, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Define product vision and roadmap by identifying features that improve profitability and product quality.
- Develop clear product requirements and wireframes that inspire collaboration and rapid delivery.
- Lead execution of features from discovery to launch, working closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Uncover customer needs through data analysis, user feedback, research, and experimentation.
- Champion intuitive UX by partnering with design to build seamless customer journeys.
- Build cross-team alignment through strong communication and relationship-building.
- Drive adoption of new features and communicate value across the business.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or business operations.
- Proven track record of delivering products with measurable business impact.
- Analytical mindset with strong data skills.
- Ability to navigate complex systems and optimize workflows across teams.
- A thoughtful eye for user experience and intuitive design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, real estate, or B2C e-commerce.
- SQL knowledge.
Benefits & Compensation
- Tier 1 (SF Bay Area, NYC, LA, Seattle): $152,200–$205,900; Tier 2 (Chicago, Austin, Denver, etc.): $129,200–$174,800; Tier 3 (other US metro areas): $121,600–$164,500.
