Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead and shape the development of a digital platform connecting users with expert coaching. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful user experiences and ensure product growth.

What You'll Do

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to align with business goals and user needs.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for high-priority initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, operations, and data teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Establish and monitor KPIs to track product performance, usage, retention, and overall user satisfaction.
Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and rapid iteration to continuously improve features and workflows.
Partner with marketing and growth teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
Mentor and guide other product managers and team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of launching and scaling digital products.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on user experience and product design.
Analytical and data-driven, able to leverage metrics to make informed product decisions.
Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical aspects of product development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Experience with modern cloud-based workforce tools, including Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack.
Curiosity, creativity, empathy, and a genuine interest in creating impactful products.

Nice to Have

Experience in EdTech, digital coaching, wellness, or related platforms.
Experience with AI/ML products, collaborating with data scientists, and leveraging AI to solve user problems.
