- Serve as a subject-matter expert, advising product teams on embedding growth directly into the user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering to deploy in-product experiments that optimize onboarding, feature adoption, and user conversion.
- Design and refine automated self-serve funnels, growth loops, referral systems, and in-product messaging strategies.
- Define and track KPIs such as Activation Rate, Time-to-Value, and Net Revenue Retention to guide growth initiatives.
- Partner with growth marketing to align paid and outreach efforts with in-product conversion strategies.
- Support experimentation through landing page A/B tests, pricing strategies, and user lifecycle engagement.
- Equip ventures with data tools, user journey maps, and analytics dashboards that support rapid, iterative growth.

- Deep experience with Product-Led Growth strategies and tools, including freemium models and trial conversion techniques.
- Proficiency in AARRR metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks.
- Hands-on knowledge of PLG tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Appcues, Intercom, and modern CRM systems.
- Proven success scaling SaaS products through PLG—from concept to traction—with measurable results.
