Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Product Manager (Conversational AI) to lead the development of intelligent conversational AI agents that redefine the hiring experience. In this role, you will combine user empathy with strategic product thinking to build innovative AI solutions that automate complex workflows and deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Do

Build and guide the development of empathetic and intelligent conversational AI agents for automating complex recruiting workflows.
Combine user research insights with product strategy to design and execute high-impact solutions.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define system flows, dependencies, and metrics for success.
Align product initiatives with stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities and constraints.
Run rapid feedback loops and iterate based on measurable outcomes and user feedback.
Advocate for the user experience, ensuring a holistic, multi-agent approach to product development.
Conduct research and analysis to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in product management within SaaS or B2B environments.
Technical understanding of AI design, workflows, and solution architecture.
Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of consulting technical and non-technical partners.
Excellent communication, storytelling, empathy, and active listening skills.
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage complex dependencies.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
