What You'll Do
Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered features, from concept to production, including conversational interfaces, intelligent user onboarding, and AI-driven trading support. Lead squads of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and designers to build scalable solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Integrate large language models and generative AI technologies—such as GPT, Claude, and open-source variants—into core product flows, balancing innovation with risk management and regulatory requirements. Develop evaluation frameworks to measure performance, safety, and user impact.
Establish internal practices that accelerate AI adoption across teams, creating playbooks for effective tooling, deployment, and monitoring. Define key metrics including engagement, cost savings, and user satisfaction, and validate impact through controlled A/B testing.
Collaborate with infrastructure and model vendors, making strategic build-vs-buy decisions and managing partnerships that support scalable AI operations. Report directly to senior leadership on progress, return on investment, and long-term AI roadmap direction.
Requirements
You bring over 10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on shipping AI or machine learning products to real users. Your background includes launching systems such as chatbots, recommendation engines, NLP tools, or autonomous agents at scale.
You have deep technical fluency in LLM architectures, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model fine-tuning. You can engage meaningfully with ML teams and make informed trade-offs between performance, cost, and compliance.
Experience with conversational AI platforms like Dialogflow or Rasa—or custom LLM-based agents—is essential. You’re skilled at turning ambiguous opportunities into clear product requirements, phased rollouts, and measurable outcomes.
Strong analytical abilities are a must—you’re comfortable writing SQL queries, interpreting dashboards, and designing experiments. You also excel at aligning technical teams, compliance officers, and executive stakeholders around a shared AI vision.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. An advanced degree in AI/ML is valued but not mandatory—proven delivery matters most.
