Jobgether is hiring a Senior Product Manager, AI to lead the development of AI-powered solutions across our core product offerings. In this remote role, you will shape the company's AI strategy, deliver innovative user experiences, and drive measurable impact for customers.

What You'll Do

Lead the AI product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver AI-powered solutions that enhance user experiences.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback to iterate on products, ensuring high adoption and retention.
Launch new features, define success metrics, and manage product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
Translate complex technical capabilities, including computer vision, NLP, and conversational AI, into intuitive and valuable user experiences.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to position the company as an industry leader in AI-driven solutions.
Influence and guide teams through data-driven decisions and strategic product insights.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of product management experience, including at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products.
Demonstrated success in shipping AI-powered consumer or business products.
Strong understanding of AI technologies such as computer vision, NLP, and conversational interfaces.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, able to empower teams to achieve impact.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, inspiring teams and driving alignment.
Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
