Greenbone AG is looking for a Project Manager (m/w/d) to ensure the successful initiation, execution, and evaluation of projects across the company. You will play a key role in advancing and optimizing our project and portfolio management framework while collaborating directly with all specialist departments.

What You'll Do

Further develop and optimize the project and portfolio management framework.
Take responsibility for one or more projects from planning to completion.
Manage complex IT projects in close coordination with customers and stakeholders.
Introduce and maintain portfolio management processes and supporting tools.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and prioritize projects.
Ensure economic framework conditions and compliance with high quality and security standards.
Proactively identify risks and successfully implement countermeasures.
Maintain a constant focus on customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Comprehensive experience in project and portfolio management.
Experience in dealing with customers and stakeholders.
Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
Basic understanding of technical contexts in software development.
High comprehension: ability to understand both customer wishes and the capabilities of your teams.
Team player with a willingness to delegate.
Open to diverse challenges and comfortable with new topics, complex stakeholder constellations, and changing framework conditions.
