Nabu Casa is looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy for our Cloud and Customer Support products. You will define the future of these critical areas and drive them from ideation to delivery, working with internal teams and aligning with the global open-source community.
What You'll Do
- Identify and execute a product strategy for the future of Cloud and Customer Support products.
- Join day-to-day product development operations, participating actively as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the Open Home Foundation to ensure delivery, alignment, and integration.
- Help shape the product roadmap and work with teams to implement it.
- Involve the worldwide community in shaping Nabu Casa products, from discovery to delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience driving and shaping strategy and vision for a product as a product manager.
- Experience delivering products in the B2C space.
- Meaningful experience with complete autonomy and iterative development/releasing.
- Proficiency in working in multi-disciplinary teams (UX designers, researchers, marketing, engineers).
- Proficiency in communication, able to adapt the message to the audience.
- Comfort with public speaking during workshops, meetups, livestreams, etc.
- Professional fluency in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
- European residency: must be currently based and eligible to work within Europe.
Nice to Have
- A passion for smart homes and automation.
- Experience as a Home Assistant user.
- Curiosity and passion for learning.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Technical Program Manager based in the UK.
Benefits & Compensation
- Fully remote organization.
- Full-time position for 40 hours per week with no fixed schedule; requires at least 3 hours of workday overlap for team communication.
- Five weeks (twenty-five days) of paid time off.
- Fourteen days of paid sick leave if country/laws treat them as unpaid.

Work Mode
This is a fully remote, global position. Candidates must be based and eligible to work within Europe.
