Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI & Intelligent Solutions. You will transform how Salesforce and its customers work by turning world-class AI capabilities into real-world solutions. In this role, you'll apply AI to solve customer problems, drive experimentation, and deliver products in a small, fast-moving team that ships production-ready MVPs in months.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution of AI-powered experiences.
Translate complex customer problems into simple, elegant solutions that deliver measurable value to end users.
Participate in rapid prototyping and experimentation cycles, learning to validate concepts with data, insights, and customer feedback.
Work across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver solutions on tight timelines.
Engage directly with customers and early adopters to test ideas, gather feedback, and uncover new opportunities.
Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the team.
Contribute to product roadmaps, write crisp product requirements, and track success metrics.

What We're Looking For

4–7 years of experience in product management or a related role.
Proven ability to drive execution: translating ideas into features we can ship and iterating based on results.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Customer-first mindset, with experience gathering insights and turning them into product decisions.
Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data-driven products.
Direct experience with AI/ML tools or platforms is a strong plus.
Software engineering, design, or strategy experience a plus.
Advanced degree a plus.

Team & Environment

You'll join a small, fast-moving team, working side-by-side with senior product leaders in the Emerging Technology group, which operates like an innovation lab inside Salesforce.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: For New York-based roles: $200,800 to $276,100. For California-based roles: $200,800 to $276,100.
