About the Role
Lead the strategy, design, and execution of AI-powered product features that deliver intelligent insights and workflow automation for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for AI-based features and intelligent automation tools.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX designers to develop scalable AI solutions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to prioritize product enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications.
- Drive agile development cycles with measurable milestones and deliverables.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess integration potential.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and user engagement data.
- Identify opportunities to improve system accuracy, reliability, and usability.
- Manage cross-team dependencies to align product delivery timelines.
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews and executive updates on product progress.
- Champion user-centered design in the development of intelligent features.
- Balance innovation with technical feasibility and resource constraints.
- Support documentation and training materials for new product capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree or advanced certification in a technical or data-related discipline.
- Direct experience with generative AI or large language model applications.
- Background in product management for CRM or customer experience platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI model evaluation and performance metrics.
- Exposure to MLOps or AI deployment pipelines.
