Employment

Salesforce, Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Manager, AI & Intelligent Solutions

About the Role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI & Intelligent Solutions. You will transform how Salesforce and its customers work by turning world-class AI capabilities into real-world solutions. In this role, you'll apply AI to solve customer problems, drive experimentation, and deliver products in a small, fast-moving team that ships production-ready MVPs in months.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution of AI-powered experiences.
  • Translate complex customer problems into simple, elegant solutions that deliver measurable value to end users.
  • Participate in rapid prototyping and experimentation cycles, learning to validate concepts with data, insights, and customer feedback.
  • Work across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver solutions on tight timelines.
  • Engage directly with customers and early adopters to test ideas, gather feedback, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the team.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps, write crisp product requirements, and track success metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Proven ability to drive execution: translating ideas into features we can ship and iterating based on results.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Customer-first mindset, with experience gathering insights and turning them into product decisions.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data-driven products.
  • Direct experience with AI/ML tools or platforms is a strong plus.
  • Software engineering, design, or strategy experience a plus.
  • Advanced degree a plus.

Team & Environment

You'll join a small, fast-moving team, working side-by-side with senior product leaders in the Emerging Technology group, which operates like an innovation lab inside Salesforce.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: For New York-based roles: $200,800 to $276,100. For California-based roles: $200,800 to $276,100.
  • Time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program.
