Procurify is hiring a Senior Product Manager, AI to lead the charge in building the next generation of intelligent Procure-to-Pay automation. You will define and execute our AI vision, transforming how companies manage spending by leveraging unique data to turn cutting-edge concepts into tangible customer value.

What You'll Do

• Define the AI product vision and strategy, owning the AI product roadmap.
• Identify impactful opportunities for intelligence from intake automation to complex compound AI systems.
• Lead the data-for-AI strategy to leverage proprietary data for a competitive advantage.
• Drive product discovery and validation by immersing in customer workflows and leading rapid prototyping cycles.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
• Define success metrics connecting model performance to user value.
• Establish ongoing feedback mechanisms with customers to monitor AI behavior and fine-tune performance.
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to articulate value, drive adoption, and solidify market leadership.
• Mentor other PMs and act as a thought leader on AI within the product organization.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years focused on building and launching AI/ML-powered or data-intensive products.
• Deep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle (e.g., data sourcing, model evaluation, MLOps).
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic systems.
• Experience developing novel metrics and evaluation frameworks for AI products.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) systems.
• Track record of shipping complex products at scale.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to build alignment across the company.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech, Procure-to-Pay, or a related domain.
