Joist AI is seeking a Product Manager for Agentic AI Applications to define how autonomous AI systems are built and shipped. You will translate advanced AI concepts into production-ready workflows, own the product roadmap, and bridge technical and business teams.

What You'll Do

Translate cutting-edge AI concepts into production-ready workflows.
Sit with engineers and data scientists during debug sessions and design reviews to drive clarity.
Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and time-to-market.
Define, scope, and ship features end-to-end in tight iterations.
Push features across the finish line by removing blockers and making fast trade-offs.
Partner with Customer Success to understand user interactions and points of friction.
Translate messy customer workflows into elegant technical solutions.
Identify opportunities for our agentic technology to transform how work gets done.
Champion a culture that values speed, rigor, and accountability.
Bridge technical and business teams with clear, no-nonsense communication.
Help shape the DNA of the product organization.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of product management or technical leadership in SaaS, AI, or ML products.
Strong technical fluency with LLMs, embeddings, and RAG; you can engage in technical design sessions.
Demonstrated ability to debug, problem-solve, and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
Entrepreneurial drive and comfort with imperfect information, quick pivots, and hustling to deliver.
Relentless attention to detail and pride in shipping high-quality, production-ready systems.

Nice to Have

Prior experience as a software engineer, data scientist, or in a highly technical role.
Exposure to agent frameworks, ML pipelines, or workflow automation.
Experience working in early-stage startups where speed and ownership are critical.
