SimpleClosure is hiring a Product Partnerships professional to drive partnership development initiatives that identify and build key relationships with businesses and teams working with companies at the end of their lifecycle. You will create and execute a channel sales strategy, building relationships with technology platforms to generate revenue and deliver scalable solutions. Our mission is to revolutionize the way businesses wind down, transforming a painful and bureaucratic experience into a smooth and compliant one.
What You'll Do
- Develop a strategic framework to scale partnerships through indirect sales channels and strategic alliances.
- Build and execute partnerships with technology platforms, financial services providers, and key industry players to create mutual value.
- Drive cross-team collaboration with product, tech, and sales teams to identify ways strategic partnerships can boost offerings and revenue.
- Lead partnership negotiations to structure and close commercial agreements that drive revenue growth and strengthen market position.
- Source target companies by working with partners to identify and support businesses approaching shutdown.
- Champion partner success as the main point of contact, anticipating needs and resolving challenges proactively.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of partnerships involving API-based integrations, B2B SaaS, and financial technologies.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of building long-term relationships internally and externally.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to also execute and deliver measurable results.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an emphasis on creative problem-solving.
- High adaptability and willingness to travel occasionally to engage with partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to question the status quo.
- Experience closing and managing technology partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills, with an emphasis on driving partner value.
- Must be located in LA, SF, or NYC metro areas.

- Experience preferably within the technology and startup ecosystem.

- OTE salary range $140,000 to $200,000 (includes base pay and variable compensation)
