Jasper is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and revenue through intelligent email marketing and full-funnel lifecycle programs. This hands-on, strategic role requires a modern, AI-powered approach to email and lifecycle marketing, with a strong understanding of CRO and a performance-driven mindset.
What You'll Do
- Own outbound and nurture email programs for prospects and open opportunities.
- Build segmented, AI-personalized nurture tracks based on funnel stage, persona, and behavioral intent.
- Develop re-engagement campaigns that accelerate lead-to-MQL and opp-to-close conversion.
- Run A/B tests across subject lines, send times, dynamic content, and calls-to-action using CRO principles.
- Track performance and report on campaign influence on pipeline creation and sales velocity.
- Design and optimize onboarding, retention, and expansion campaigns to deepen product adoption and customer value.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing to deliver targeted communications for upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and advocacy.
- Use behavioral signals and AI to proactively engage customers at key lifecycle moments.
- Improve key customer metrics including onboarding completion, product adoption, NRR, and churn.
- Use Jasper and other AI tools to accelerate content production and personalization.
- Apply AI for campaign timing, dynamic segmentation, and predictive engagement modeling.
- Continuously test and refine campaigns using AI-driven insights and performance data.
What We're Looking For
- 4 to 6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
- At least 2 years in lifecycle or email-specific roles.
- Strong experience running email programs for both new pipeline generation and post-sale lifecycle marketing.
- Track record of increasing email engagement, accelerating funnel performance, and boosting retention.
- CRO experience across email and landing page testing, optimization, and analysis.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
