Maxana is looking for a Senior Product Designer - UI/UX to design intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences for its comprehensive digital health ecosystem. You will support and lead the design of complex user journeys across mobile apps, web platforms, and telehealth interfaces to build trust and drive meaningful health outcomes.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end design processes for mobile-first healthcare applications and web platforms.
Create user-centered design solutions balancing business objectives, user needs, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team growth and culture.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Design complex user flows for healthcare journeys, including onboarding, assessment tools, treatment planning, and ongoing care management.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and optimal implementation.
Design native mobile experiences for iOS and Android platforms.
Ensure responsive design principles across all device types and screen sizes.
Optimize user interfaces for accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards).
Create seamless cross-platform experiences maintaining consistency while leveraging platform-specific capabilities.
Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping workflows.
Rapidly prototype new concepts and features using modern design and development tools.
Stay current with emerging design trends, healthcare UX best practices, and AI-assisted design methodologies.
Contribute to design innovation initiatives and experimental product features.
