skinnifyde is hiring a contractor YouTube Thumbnail Designer for our e-commerce and business channel. You will create one high-impact thumbnail per week designed to stop scrolling and drive views.
What You'll Do
- Design 1 engaging YouTube thumbnail per week that drives clicks
- Use bold, eye-catching designs that stand out in YouTube feeds
- Ensure consistency in branding, fonts, and overall style
- Collaborate with the founder for creative direction and feedback
- Continuously test and improve thumbnails based on performance
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable YouTube Thumbnail Expertise with a portfolio of results-driven designs for other creators
- A strong eye for design, including composition, color, and text hierarchy
- Creativity and awareness of what works and trends in the YouTube space
- Ability to deliver weekly without needing constant follow-up
- Attention to detail regarding font choices, contrast, and professional presentation
Team & Environment
You will be reporting directly to the Founder and joining a company of 11-50 employees.
