Responsibilities
- Create one compelling YouTube thumbnail each week designed to increase click-through rates
- Develop visually striking thumbnails using bold elements that capture attention in crowded feeds
- Maintain uniformity in brand identity, typography, and visual style across all thumbnails
- Work directly with the founder to align on creative vision and incorporate feedback
- Iterate on thumbnail designs using performance data to optimize results over time
