Snuggs, a mission-driven company in a rapid growth phase, is hiring a Senior Product Designer. You will lead the UX/UI design for our core e-commerce site and an upcoming digital product, while developing impactful visuals across all our marketing channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead UX/UI design for our e‑commerce site and our new digital product
- Identify user needs through research, usability testing, feedback loops, and analytics
- Produce wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and prototypes
- Ensure designs are pixel‑perfect and consistent with brand aesthetics
- Develop standout visuals and concepts for major product launches and brand campaigns across web, digital, OOH, TV, and other marketing channels
- Create polished B2B decks, pitch presentations, and internal slides that align with brand and business goals
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design processes and tools
- Work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Brand teams
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in product, UX, and UI design
- Proven proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
- Strong UX fundamentals: information architecture, accessibility, responsive design
- Solid visual design sense: typography, grid systems, brand integration
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for design solutions
