Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior within the online shop to identify meaningful patterns and opportunities for improvement
- Support business and product teams with data-driven insights to guide product development and increase shop performance
- Develop and manage key performance indicators that measure the effectiveness of the shopping experience for millions of users
- Lead end-to-end analytical support for A/B testing initiatives to enhance shop functionality and conversion
- Establish requirements for data tracking systems and verify implementation accuracy to maintain high data quality
- Build intuitive, scalable dashboards that empower teams to access and interpret analytics independently
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver analytical solutions to business challenges related to the shop
