Responsibilities
- Establish and manage contracts and timelines for external development tasks such as voice recording and motion capture.
- Coordinate with cross-disciplinary producers to assess audio and narrative requirements and oversee a dedicated implementation team for large-scale initiatives.
- Partner with localization production to maintain consistent quality and meet deadlines across all language versions.
- Engage with department leads and specialists to define or refine workflows for greater efficiency.
- Align with publishing production teams to address requirements from marketing, legal, and other external functions.
- Take ownership of delivering project milestones on time and to expected quality standards.
- Manage schedules for multidisciplinary teams while aligning with the game’s overarching strategic direction.
- Track and balance resource allocation and time commitments across production areas.
- Collaborate closely with production staff, leads, and developers to share critical updates and support goal achievement.
- Spot and report obstacles or inefficiencies, offering solutions for course correction.
- Resolve daily production challenges to maintain progress toward top-tier game quality.
- Be prepared to travel when necessary.
