Lead the print production of high-end publications with a focus on precision, quality, and global coordination. In this senior role, you'll oversee every stage of print delivery for premium automotive and lifestyle content, ensuring each project meets exacting standards from concept to delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and coordinate with printing partners across Europe and China, serving as the central contact for all production-related communication and issue resolution
- Work closely with creative teams to interpret design concepts and convert them into technically accurate, production-ready specifications
- Negotiate timelines, pricing, and quality expectations with suppliers to align with project goals and budget parameters
- Own the full lifecycle of print projects, from initial briefing through final delivery, ensuring clear documentation and adherence to schedules
- Conduct on-site press checks to verify print accuracy, color fidelity, material quality, and finishing details
- Identify and implement improvements in materials, processes, and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality
- Stay current with advancements in print technology, paper sourcing, and finishing methods to inform best practices
Work Environment
This role operates on a hybrid basis, primarily remote with periodic travel required. You’ll visit printing facilities for press checks and spend time at the team’s base in Milan. Flexibility and readiness to travel are essential components of the position.
