ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Principal Product Manager - Commercial Cloud

Responsibilities

  • Drive product vision and strategic direction to support long-term revenue expansion beyond $10 billion
  • Articulate product goals and align stakeholders around shared priorities
  • Take ownership of outcomes with initiative and accountability, independent of formal authority or team structure
  • Collaborate across engineering, design, and business units to advance product development from concept to launch
  • Incorporate user research, usability testing, and market insights into product specifications to improve customer experience
  • Translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable requirements and propose effective solutions
  • Tailor communication methods to meet the needs of diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment
  • Champion cross-functional initiatives and influence teams both within and beyond direct reporting lines

  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
  • Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
  • Lead the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members, along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team
