- Drive product vision and strategic direction to support long-term revenue expansion beyond $10 billion
- Articulate product goals and align stakeholders around shared priorities
- Take ownership of outcomes with initiative and accountability, independent of formal authority or team structure
- Collaborate across engineering, design, and business units to advance product development from concept to launch
- Incorporate user research, usability testing, and market insights into product specifications to improve customer experience
- Translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable requirements and propose effective solutions
- Tailor communication methods to meet the needs of diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Champion cross-functional initiatives and influence teams both within and beyond direct reporting lines
