What You'll Do

You will define the direction and execution framework for large-scale transformation efforts, ensuring HR models evolve to meet the demands of a growing international organization.
Drive the adoption of artificial intelligence and automation across HR functions, identifying practical applications that streamline processes and enhance employee interactions. Your work will help transition HR into a more responsive, tech-enabled function that anticipates needs and reduces operational friction.
Collaborate across departments to map and refine the end-to-end employee experience, helping define how the organization positions itself in a competitive talent landscape. You will act as a unifying force across HR specialties—recruitment, rewards, development, and more—ensuring alignment and consistency in strategy delivery.
Advise senior HR leaders with data-driven insights, benchmarking, and forward-looking analysis to address complex organizational challenges. Your role will require influencing without authority, navigating global teams across cultures and functions to deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR strategy, enterprise people initiatives, or organizational transformation roles
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-track HR transformation programs from concept through adoption
- Strong grasp of modern HR technologies, including generative AI, automation tools, and digital employee experience platforms
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global environment
- Experience presenting to and advising executive leadership on strategic people initiatives
- Background in top-tier management consulting with a focus on human capital or organizational design is highly preferred
