- Support the sales cycle from initial inquiry through contract negotiation

- Partner with engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and scalability
- Stay current on product updates, enhancements, and new feature rollouts
- Provide input on competitive positioning and differentiation strategies
- Assist in the development of sales tools, collateral, and reference materials
- Participate in proof-of-concept deployments and pilot implementations
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff post-sale
- Gather and share customer feedback to inform product development
- Maintain expertise in industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies
- Travel as needed to support key client meetings or events
- Respond to technical inquiries from prospects and partners
- Evaluate third-party integrations and compatibility requirements
- Support pricing and licensing discussions with accurate technical data
