Responsibilities
- Evaluate RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to identify technical requirements, project scope, and regulatory compliance needs.
- Design solution strategies by aligning client needs with appropriate technology platforms and frameworks.
- Author detailed proposal submissions, including technical documentation and supplementary materials.
- Create high-level architectural diagrams, system workflows, and deployment plans to illustrate proposed solutions.
- Emphasize unique strengths, innovative elements, and business value in each proposal to support competitive positioning.
- Ensure all technical submissions adhere to government regulations, security protocols, and industry best practices.
