What You'll Do
Acquire and onboard new offshore Premier Banking clients from the North Asia region, with a primary focus on Taiwan. Build and maintain trusted relationships through consultative financial planning and personalized service. Deliver consistent growth by meeting and exceeding profit and sales targets, while deepening client engagement through proactive outreach and market insights.
Provide expert guidance on banking and investment products, including unit trusts, treasury solutions, and bancassurance, ensuring recommendations align with clients’ financial goals. Support customer retention and satisfaction by delivering timely updates on market trends and economic developments. Conduct tele-consultations with fluency in Mandarin and English, ensuring clear, professional communication across all interactions.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in banking or financial services
- Track record of strong performance in client acquisition and relationship management
- Direct experience serving affluent customers and understanding their financial needs
- Prior work covering the Taiwan market with demonstrated cultural and linguistic alignment
- Recognized university degree and active CMFAS certifications (RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI)
- Fluency in Mandarin; strong English proficiency at Level 4
- Solid understanding of investment and banking products, including treasury and wealth management solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, especially in remote or tele-consulting settings
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagement and business development
