Rasa is hiring a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer

About the Role

Rasa is looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our Go-to-market team. You will work closely with Account Executives to overcome technical barriers, present Rasa's technology to solve enterprise challenges, and guide key accounts through proof of concept or evaluation processes.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with enterprise prospects by presenting Rasa’s technology while addressing technical questions or concerns during the sales cycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Rasa’s products and work closely with Product and Sales teams to resolve technical blockers.
  • Educate prospects on Rasa’s products.
  • Build demo assistants to showcase our technology for prospects' specific use cases.
  • Ensure that proof of concepts and technical evaluations are successful.
  • Collect market insights and product feedback from prospect conversations and pass them to the product team.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
  • Experience in Software Engineering through a previous role or formal education.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Comfortable with at least one programming language, ideally Python.
  • Great presentation skills with the ability to speak to audiences both large and small.
  • Strong desire to help people, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.

Team & Environment

The Solutions Engineering team is the functional and technical bridge between our conversational AI platform and enterprises. It is a distributed team across North America and Europe, currently with 1.5 SEs covering North America and 2 SEs based in England and France. You will report to the Director of Solutions Engineering.
