About the Role
This position is responsible for engaging with enterprise prospects and customers to demonstrate technical capabilities, address integration needs, and ensure smooth onboarding and continued success with the platform.
Responsibilities
- Collide with sales teams to support technical discussions with enterprise prospects
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer-specific use cases and technical requirements
- Respond to technical questions during the sales process and clarify implementation pathways
- Assist in scoping and validating technical feasibility for customer integrations
- Guide customers through proof-of-concept phases and pilot deployments
- Translate business needs into technical configurations and solution designs
- Support post-sales onboarding by collaborating with implementation and customer success teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during early adoption phases
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer requirements and pain points
- Develop reusable technical assets, demos, and documentation for sales enablement
- Stay current with platform updates and new features to advise customers accurately
- Act as a technical advocate during contract renewals and expansion discussions
- Work across time zones to support global enterprise clients
- Participate in RFP responses with technical details and architecture overviews
- Ensure security and compliance requirements are addressed in proposed solutions
