Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will serve as the account lead for an assigned property management team, directly overseeing operations and client relationships to drive profitable performance and exceed expectations.
What You'll Do
- Direct and oversee the on-site team while driving a profitable P&L.
- Plan and organize the execution of contracted tasks, providing expert guidance and advice to clients.
- Oversee overall client relationship management and act as an advisor on property management matters.
- Attend client meetings, including Council and AFM sessions.
- Support new client pitches and transition work.
- Execute strategic initiatives and programmes as directed.
- Mentor the team to ensure the provision of the highest standard of services.
What We're Looking For
- A Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Proven experience in an MCST environment with strong knowledge of relevant statutes, including the BMSMA.
