Shape impactful podcast content across audio and video formats by transforming in-depth B2B discussions into polished, platform-specific experiences. As a Senior Podcast Audio and Video Editor, you’ll manage the full editing lifecycle—from raw interview footage to final deliverables optimized for YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end editing for full-length episodes and short-form clips, ensuring narrative flow and technical excellence
- Identify and craft standout moments into engaging short videos tailored to platform-specific behaviors and algorithms
- Apply advanced techniques in multi-track audio mixing, color correction, motion graphics, and sound design
- Collaborate with producers and marketing teams to align edits with campaign objectives and audience insights
- Stay current with evolving platform requirements, including captioning, thumbnails, and watch-time optimization
- Analyze performance metrics such as viewer retention and drop-off points to inform future editing decisions
- Maintain efficient workflows using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Pro Tools
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while delivering consistent quality
- Guide junior editors and freelancers to ensure stylistic and technical alignment
- Explore and integrate new tools or templates to enhance productivity and creative output
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in professional podcast or video editing, with a focus on B2B content
- Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite or comparable editing platforms
- Proven success delivering content across social platforms with measurable engagement or lead outcomes
- Strong grasp of storytelling structure, pacing, and audiovisual design in professional contexts
- High precision in audio cleanup, sync alignment, and final output rendering
- Experience using audience data to refine creative choices
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-moving environment with cross-functional teams
- Excellent time management and communication skills under pressure
- Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
