ofinto ag is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand specializing in ergonomic office furniture. You will manage a six-figure monthly media budget across five channels and five countries, driving sustainable growth and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of all paid marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta, Display, and other networks.
- Manage a monthly six-figure paid media budget with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and sustainable ROAS growth.
- Create, analyze, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads.
- Coordinate agencies and freelancers while developing a scalable performance marketing infrastructure.
- Conduct systematic A/B tests, perform deep data analysis, and derive actionable measures for ROAS optimization.
- Identify new performance marketing channels and scale successful approaches with innovative ideas.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, other networks).
- Proven track record of managing large budgets and scaling campaigns efficiently.
- Extremely data-driven with a passion for data-based analysis and optimization.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a highly structured manner.
Nice to Have
- Experience with attribution models, media mix modeling, or marketing automation.
