Kiss My Apps is looking for a Middle Operations Manager to make our financial and legal infrastructure transparent and stable. You'll free teams from routine tasks, implement effective processes, and ensure smooth operations through organized documentation and monitoring.

What You'll Do

Conduct the end-to-end process of opening legal entities and bank accounts, from preparing specifications to controlling providers and verifying final documents.
Perform operational financial monitoring: track taxes, cash flow, and document validity to ensure clarity and transparency.
Create and update SOPs, conduct financial and legal audits to eliminate risks and bottlenecks.
Optimize processes and control invoices, pricing, and SLAs with contractors to ensure reliable collaboration.
Manage Cash Flow and P&L, work with the analytics team to automate and improve the accuracy of financial reporting.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience as a Finance & Legal Operations Manager.
Confident use of Google Sheets and Google Docs, including pivot tables and formulas.
Experience writing SOPs and SLAs, understanding financial basics like VAT, invoices, and basic accounting.
Systematic, structured approach and strong attention to detail.
Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Initiative in process improvement, ability to coordinate and explain complex things simply.
High responsibility and result orientation.
