You will be responsible for driving revenue through direct text-based sales of exclusive content to hundreds of new and thousands of existing customers daily, with no cold acquisition. This role begins with a 1-month training period involving personal chat sales experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead a German and an international chat sales team.
- Drive text-based sales of exclusive content to hundreds of new and thousands of existing customers daily (no cold acquisition).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to increase sales performance.
