ElevenLabs is hiring a Production Manager to drive the success of our 'Productions' managed services wing for one or multiple language teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the creation of high-quality, natural-sounding audio content, including dubs and audiobooks.
What You'll Do
- Onboard and train linguists and audio professionals (Producers) to use the ElevenLabs platform effectively.
- Build and maintain quality control and monitoring systems for your language to guarantee content meets a professional-grade standard.
- Work with the Productions product and engineering team to optimize tools and processes for high-quality content creation.
What We're Looking For
- Native speaker or native-level knowledge of French, Spanish, German, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin.
- Experience building and/or running a production team inside a language service provider (LSP), localization agency, or media company for transcripts, translations, dubs, or audiobooks.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven capability to spot inconsistencies that affect the natural flow of content.
- Comfortable giving feedback and responsible for maintaining a high quality bar for content produced in your language.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the ElevenLabs platform, including the transcript editor, Studio, and dubbing products.
- Native-level abilities in multiple non-English languages.
