About the Role
The position is responsible for designing, executing, and measuring performance marketing initiatives to support business growth. The candidate will leverage analytics and audience insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and scale successful campaigns across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid acquisition strategies across digital channels
- Optimize campaign performance using data analysis and A/B testing
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs and track conversion metrics
- Manage budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong return on investment
- Lead keyword strategy and bidding tactics for search engine marketing
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad content
- Monitor industry trends and adjust tactics to maintain competitive advantage
- Use CRM data to build targeted audience segments
- Implement tracking frameworks to measure user journey and attribution
- Produce regular performance reports for stakeholders
- Align digital campaigns with regional market needs
- Support lead generation and pipeline development through digital channels
- Test new platforms and formats to identify scalable opportunities
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in campaign execution
- Partner with product marketing to align messaging with campaign goals
- Drive improvements in cost per acquisition and customer lifetime value
- Manage vendor relationships for external marketing platforms
- Stay current with algorithm changes and platform updates
- Integrate feedback loops to refine targeting and messaging
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance digital marketing effectiveness
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in marketing, data science, or related discipline
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare or finance
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with bid management tools
- Background in marketing attribution modeling
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
