Welltech is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive our user acquisition strategy through paid social advertising. You will be responsible for launching and managing campaigns targeting the Health and Fitness audience, focusing on full-cycle campaign management, creative experimentation, and performance optimization.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full cycle of mobile traffic advertising campaigns: launching, optimization, and scaling.
- Experiment on creatives with designers: A/B testing, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Monitor advertising campaigns for performance monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Research and evaluate new user acquisition channels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in access management, identity governance, and security technologies.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to develop, implement, and enhance access management processes, procedures, and controls.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing in User Acquisition.
- Practical experience with a large budget in Paid Social platforms (Meta Ads/TikTok/Snapchat).
- Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
