Groundfloor is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

Groundfloor is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to serve as the architect and operator of our growth marketing engine. You will own our growth trajectory by building analytics infrastructure, managing paid media, and translating data into decisions that drive measurable ROI.

What You'll Do

  • Personally execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, including setup, optimization, and analysis.
  • Establish and manage affiliate marketing partnerships to expand acquisition channels.
  • Build and maintain analytics infrastructure: dashboards, UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Utilize growth hacking techniques to identify and test new channels and tactics for user growth.
  • Drive a cross-platform roadmap to maximize brand awareness, customer acquisitions, LTV, and optimize CAC.
  • Design and inform new A/B test optimization strategies, measurement frameworks, and creative initiatives.
  • Work hands-on across the full spectrum of digital marketing channels (paid search/social, SEO/SEM, email, lifecycle marketing, ABM).

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years leading performance/growth marketing strategy across multiple acquisition channels (paid media, SEO, email, content, partnerships).
  • Proven ability to build analytics infrastructure, establish tracking and attribution, and drive continuous optimization to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC.
  • Expert-level proficiency in GA4: setting up conversion tracking, building dashboards, implementing UTM parameters, and establishing attribution models.
  • Proven track record of scaling demand generation programs efficiently using data analytics and marketing technology.
  • Deep understanding of the full demand generation funnel from awareness to conversion.
  • Hands-on Google Ads power user with experience managing substantial monthly budgets and optimizing campaigns for CPA and ROAS.
  • Experience building and managing affiliate marketing partnerships.
  • Highly organized with incredible attention to detail and impeccable communication.

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years in Fintech and/or Financial Industry/Alternative Investments.
  • Proven track record in a fast-growing and scaling environment.
