Paintgun is hiring a Senior Performance Marketer (Freelance)

Paintgun is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer (Freelance) to develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive client success. You will join a determined, agile team focused on achieving the best results in a fast-growing creative agency.

What You'll Do

• Develop performance marketing strategies for clients.
• Maintain and analyze advertising channels including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter.
• Plan performance goals for the company and its clients.
• Create, analyze, and optimize campaigns on the campaign, ad set, and ad level.
• Run scientific experiments with clear observation, hypothesis, desired outcomes, and actions.
• Refine company procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Explore data and ideas to identify new opportunities to reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Practical knowledge of advertising channels like Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Efficient and result-oriented working style.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Hands-on experience with the technical aspects of setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing campaigns.
• Motivation to learn new things and adapt to an open, growing, and agile team.
• Detail-oriented self-starter who craves responsibility.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
• Strong strategic communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and satisfied.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A high say-do ratio.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in any additional languages is a big plus.
