About the Role
We are looking for a skilled marketer with a proven track record in performance marketing to design, execute, and refine digital campaigns that deliver measurable business impact across paid channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid acquisition strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic networks
- Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking
- Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics to improve ROI and lower customer acquisition costs
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad content
- Manage budgets efficiently across multiple channels and regions
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on campaign outcomes
- Use analytics tools to extract insights and guide strategic decisions
- Scale successful campaigns while minimizing wasted spend
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to align marketing goals with user experience
- Implement tracking setups using conversion pixels and UTM parameters
- Lead testing initiatives for landing pages and user journeys
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to adapt messaging for local markets
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies across platforms
- Drive re-engagement efforts through retargeting and lookalike audiences
