About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven marketer to lead and optimize performance campaigns across digital channels, using analytics and testing to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage paid acquisition strategies across multiple platforms
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using A/B testing and performance data
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad content
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics in real time
- Manage budgets efficiently across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Use analytics tools to track user behavior and conversion paths
- Work closely with product teams to align marketing with user experience
- Scale successful campaigns while minimizing customer acquisition cost
- Stay current with digital advertising trends and platform updates
- Lead testing frameworks for landing pages and conversion funnels
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all campaigns
- Coordinate with external agencies and ad tech partners
- Develop and refine customer journey maps based on campaign data
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
- Implement tracking infrastructure using UTM parameters and event tracking
- Optimize remarketing and lookalike audience strategies
- Drive alignment between marketing KPIs and business goals
- Manage third-party tracking and attribution tools
- Support branding initiatives with performance-focused insights
- Improve lead quality through targeted campaign adjustments
- Use CRM data to enhance campaign personalization
- Evaluate new advertising platforms for potential scalability
- Contribute to forecasting and planning for marketing spend
- Maintain documentation of campaign strategies and results
