Responsibilities
- Independently oversee ecommerce client accounts.
- Guide and support a team of Account Managers and Executives.
- Design and execute end-to-end e-commerce marketing strategies.
- Evaluate complex performance data and marketing funnel metrics.
- Formulate strategic initiatives covering content, media, pricing, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Lead client meetings with presentations on strategy and performance analysis.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform adaptive planning.
- Build and sustain strong, lasting client relationships.
- Maintain clear, accurate communication in all client-facing materials and updates.
- Anticipate potential issues and resolve them promptly without escalation.
