This role is central to aligning human resources with technology, ensuring Deel’s internal people systems are efficient, accurate, and widely adopted. You will collaborate with HR and product teams to refine tools related to time-off, compensation, engagement, and document management, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and compensation teams to identify system requirements and improve functionality within Deel’s People platform
- Provide actionable insights to product and engineering teams to guide internal tool development
- Lead testing efforts for new features and system upgrades
- Support accurate organizational structuring within the system to maintain reporting integrity and support change initiatives
- Enhance document workflows for generation, storage, and compliance across regions
- Act as a go-to resource for HRIS, performance, survey, and learning tools
- Design, configure, and deploy system integrations and automations in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Develop training materials and communications to support system updates and drive user adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in HRIS roles with hands-on experience in system configuration and administration
- Proven knowledge of learning, performance, and survey platforms
- Understanding of HR data flows, integrations, and reporting structures
- Familiarity with core HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation planning, and compliance
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptable and collaborative, with experience in fast-paced, evolving environments
Preferred Experience
- Work experience in a multinational or global organization
- Background in HR product development, SaaS platforms, or system migrations
Technology Environment
HRIS, learning management systems, performance and survey tools, Deel People suite (HR Engage, Compensation, Time-off), document management systems, integrations, data pipelines, and reporting platforms.
Work Environment
