About the Role
This role is responsible for managing key people operations functions, including HR data integrity, onboarding, compliance, and reporting, while partnering with HR and business leaders to enhance employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of employee records across HR systems
- Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Generate HR reports for leadership and regulatory purposes
- Assist in auditing personnel files and ensuring documentation standards
- Coordinate background checks and employment verification processes
- Manage employment status changes in HR information systems
- Partner with payroll and benefits teams to resolve employee inquiries
- Track and report on key HR metrics and workforce trends
- Support organizational audits, including those related to compliance and financial reporting
- Administer employment-related policies and procedures consistently
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions about HR processes
- Help implement and improve HR operational workflows
- Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of sensitive employee data
- Assist in the rollout of new HR technologies or system upgrades
- Facilitate offboarding procedures for departing employees
- Monitor compliance with labor law posting requirements
- Support performance management and review cycles administratively
- Collaborate with HR partners to standardize people practices
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law developments
Nice to Have
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
- Background supporting public or pre-IPO companies
- Exposure to global HR operations
- Experience with workforce analytics tools
