Vanta is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to support our G&A organization. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to senior leaders across the People, Legal, and Finance teams. You will be the primary point of contact on all people-related matters, driving initiatives to foster a high-performance culture and improve employee engagement and retention.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to senior leaders and managers within our People, Legal, and Finance organization.
- Be the primary point of contact on all people-related matters for global team members at all levels.
- Partner with leaders to foster a high-performance culture, driving initiatives that improve employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Provide support and thought leadership on performance management, change management, employee relations, talent planning, and career development.
- Collect and analyze data to deliver insights and drive recommendations that support the business.
- Assess organizational health regularly and identify opportunities to drive improvements.
- Drive the project management and execution of critical People programs like performance reviews, compensation planning, and engagement surveys.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience as a People Business Partner supporting leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly solutions oriented with demonstrated strong judgment.
- Strong business acumen and curiosity to learn how the business and your client groups operate.
- Excellent influencer, communicator, facilitator, and listener with a balanced approach to building trust.
- Creativity and grit to skillfully problem solve and navigate dynamic, ambiguous situations.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and effectively communicate key insights, getting resourceful when data is not readily available.
- A demonstrated track record of bias for action and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills, demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly.
