Odyssey is hiring an Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

  • You ensure every customer we work with sees Odyssey as an indispensable partner — making the decision to continue and expand their relationship with us an easy one.
  • You own and execute projects across new and existing customers, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders aligned every step of the way.
  • You build strong, trust-based relationships with your assigned customer stakeholders, serving as a reliable point of contact and a credible voice for Odyssey.
  • You contribute to a scalable deployment playbook — finding ways to apply what's worked before rather than reinventing the wheel with each new customer.
  • You proactively surface risks, flag blockers early, and work cross-functionally to keep implementations moving forward.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, or customer success
  • solid technical acumen — you're comfortable working within technical systems, and you know how to analyze data to drive decisions

Nice to Have

  • experience with SQL, Excel, or similar tools
