Responsibilities
- You ensure every customer we work with sees Odyssey as an indispensable partner — making the decision to continue and expand their relationship with us an easy one.
- You own and execute projects across new and existing customers, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders aligned every step of the way.
- You build strong, trust-based relationships with your assigned customer stakeholders, serving as a reliable point of contact and a credible voice for Odyssey.
- You contribute to a scalable deployment playbook — finding ways to apply what's worked before rather than reinventing the wheel with each new customer.
- You proactively surface risks, flag blockers early, and work cross-functionally to keep implementations moving forward.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, or customer success
- solid technical acumen — you're comfortable working within technical systems, and you know how to analyze data to drive decisions
